REAL change happens when you are desperate to NOT repeat the last few years and you are also inspired to have a more purpose filled and happier life.

My DESPERATION came from working for gyms where I was under appreciated and under paid.

My INSPIRATION came from other Online Coaches who were working for themselves, successful, providing for thier families, traveling and so freaking happy.

Tbh, I was SO ENVIOUS and JEALOUS of the life they created and one day I thought..."if I change nothing, then NOTHING changes."

So instead of comparing myself and letting my doubting, inner mean girl talk too loud I listened to the dreamer and full of hope whisper to me......"you can do this too...if you never try you will never know."

So I signed up and learned as I went and I'm STILL learning. I'm STILL growing. I'm STILL here 6+ years later. And I FREAKING love this & I always will.

Sure it's, work...but it’s so rewarding & so fulfilling. My purpose and passion have come together in the best career choice I have ever made. I help people get healthier and I work one on one with people just like me looking for a way to work online and improve not only thier own health but everyone else's too.
