Raising the Barre
Tbh, from working with a trainer who taught NBA athletes to a trainer whose background is Ballet, Yoga, Barre and Pilates I was a little skeptical if I would feel challenged enough...um yea guys. I'm just gonna swallow that humble pride pill RIGHT NOW because I was SO wrong. The WHOLE 30 minute workout is freaking kicking my butt!!!!
And @elisejoanfitness thank you for such a positive uplifting & CHALLENGING program!!! I so look forward to sweating to a different barre workout everyday with you!!!I will probably stick with 2lbs though. Apparently I'm not ready for 3's π€£π
