Should and Must
All change starts from within. So it's time to start changing the way you talk to yourself....
I'm pretty sure we can all relate when we hear....
"I SHOULD eat healthier."
"I SHOULD workout more consistently."
"I SHOULD be kinder to my friend/partner/family member."
"I SHOULD make time for my business."
"I SHOULD be more grateful."
While we recognize what we KNOW we need to improve on, we don't set a REAL sense of urgency to it. Deep down we are waiting for that person inside of us to show up and do it for us. NOT.GONNA.HAPPEN.
Instead we MUST step up and be true to our word by saying these words with very specific action behind it....
"I MUST eat healthier so I am going to the store after work today and meal prepping for the week."
"I MUST workout so I am texting my friend NOW to let her know when I WILL be at the gym or when I AM pushing play everytime this week."
"I MUST be kinder to my friend/partner/family member so I am texting them NOW & telling them how thankful I am for them & asking when we can hang again."
"I MUST work my business as a business so I am going to show up at these specific hours & let my mentor know what I will be doing daily."
"I MUST be more grateful so I will write down one new thing everyday that I am thankful for and I will post it on my desk so everyday I am reminded of the great life I have."
Listen friend, we aren't promised.
tomorrow so make the BEST of today.
So are you gonna "MUST" it today
& create a life you are proud of or
live in the "should - haves"
with a life of regret!?!
