More Water Needed

Apparently I need to drink MORE water!
I had about 25 oz. before my workout
25 oz. during my workout and 20 more oz. after.
Then showered, headed to the pee test place(because I'm gonna start teaching locally in April πŸ˜ #yayyyyy) buuuuut I did NOT have enough to fill the freakin cup!!!!!!!(sorry, tmi) I had to down about 40 MORE oz and wait 30 min. Even with drinking 110 oz today & I know I'm still probably going to drink a little more throughout the day. Anyhooooooo, all y'all, be sure you are drinking ENOUGH Water! 

I've talked to many of you who are joining my Mind & Body MAKEOVER challenge & I really encourage EACH of you to track your water going forward πŸ’§(fill out that log book!) & Noooo, sorry your tea, juices, coffees, soda don't count towards it! πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‰ 

πŸ‘ŒπŸΌAnd if you say you don't like the taste of water, squeeze some fresh lime or lemon or another fruit into it. Its water yall....learn to love it. 

πŸ‘ŒπŸΌAnd if you tell me you don't "go"regularly, I'm gonna tell you, drink more water.

πŸ‘ŒπŸΌAnd if you tell me you have unhealthy skin, I'm gonna tell you to drink more water

πŸ‘ŒπŸΌAnd if you are telling me you are drinking pop (regular or diet) then I'm gonna tell you, give it up & drink more water!

Aim for at the very least 1/2 your body weight in ounces....more on days you sweat, and if you sweat like me, well then drink more also πŸ˜‰πŸ€£
