I Must, Because...

I knew change was inevitable when I was in the hospital for cysts and I had to call the gym to say I couldn't teach my class and instead of concern I got scolded for not finding my own substitute. You'd think when you work for a place to help people get healthier, because you CARE about them, then you would ALSO be cared about to..... but that's not always the case.

At that point I was on a mission because change is inevitable when you are desperate for it and inspired for something better. I changed my attitude towards a better life and instead of saying " I can't because..." I said "I MUST because...."

We will either fight for excuses or our results and I was SO DONE fighting the fight where I was taken care of LAST because of my people pleasing mentality.

A few years later I said yes to online Coaching and I can't say its been the perfect journey because I had A LOT of growing to do. I still had to learn boundaries but I've finally found myself EXACTLY where I was praying I'd be.
