Choosing or Waiting?
Are you CHOOSING to feel good or are you WAITING for good to happen to you?
You guys!!!! Sometimes I really struggle with this. I think of ALL the things I want my life to be and look like and I start to feel inadequate when those goals aren't met yet. In those moments I've made a choice. A choice to NOT FEEL GOOD. A choice that brings up feelings of "comparison" "envy" "un-gratefullness" .... I see it. I Feel it. And then I Say.....
"STOP SARAH!!!! If this goal hasn't happened for you yet, it's because the TIMING is not right yet. So put the negative aside and ask yourself..."What can I do in the PRESENT moment to move forward? And if FEELINGS are really a choice.....how can I CHOOSE to feel good!?!?!"
Do you also struggle with times like this? You aren't alone. It happens to ALL OF US!!!!!! What's helped me is journaling what I appreciate and what I'm grateful for in my life. Looking back at ALL the good in my life really puts it all in perspective. Then I take action on something that makes me happy and makes me FEEL good
...like listening to my personal development, getting a good sweat sesh in, or talking and hanging with a friend. And something amazing happens👉👉👉My mindset has changed because I CHOSE to look for the good and it feels good to feel good. 😘✌#choosegood #choosethankfulness#choosehappiness
