I was once told that you shouldn't be friends with your business relationships....I honestly think that's the worst advice I was given.
People need to trust someone who DOES want the best for them and not there to just SELL to them.
I was once on a call and was asked to give my CC over the phone, and the THING they wanted me to sign up with cost over $400!!!
I did NOT feel heard & I FELT bullied into it. I ended up canceling the next month & I swore to NEVER make anyone feel that way when they work with me.
Also, NOTHING I offer costs that much!!!
So yea, a good deal, a friendship and results is what I offer here....& YES I'm always on the other side of those messages π.

Your Own House
Last night we had a little friendsgiving and EVERYONE voted for Eddie's fav vacation spot was "Your OWN House". I guess our friends know Eddie pretty well. π€£π€£ Tbh, with the travel we've been doing these last 2 months, we feel really grateful to be home, and if it wasn't for me teaching 3 fitness classes per week, I probably wouldn't leave the house either. What about you? Where's my "homies" at?

Well snap....the day after I took this pic, the affiliate company I'm partnered with announced that I was #7 in North America.
WHAT THE ACTUAL FLIP?
When I decided back in July to add this side gig to what I offered to people I had NO IDEA what that looked like. I just knew that these Holisitc Clean products I had been using since 2020 were amazing and affordable, and I told a few people about them.
One of my mentors told me I need to start answering my phone more often because corporate keeps calling to congratulate us. π€£
I still can't believe this is real. I'm just so grateful and thankful that this even exists.
I'm going to be starting a "MAKE MONEY MONDAYS " on Zoom to teach people how Affiliate Marketing works. Would you like to learn how too?

When we hear INFLAMMATION, we often think of our diet. While YES, excess sugar, alcohol and GMO 'foods' can definitely make your inflammation WORSE- we are also going to be discussing on Saturdays Heal Inflammation ZOOM about the dangers of a toxic home.

Didn't Cancel!
I didn't have to cancel my classπππ½π.....some of you may or may not know, but for the last 20 years, my fibroids have been a CONSTANT Pain & I'm finally starting to feel better from just a few changes I've made.

Inflammation can be thought of as the body saying, βSomething's not right here, let's focus on fixing it.β
So I decided to stop saying...this is how it will ALWAYS be for me and I started researching more.
I found ou that Chronic pain and inflammation can also be signs of imbalances in hormones too....
So here's what's been helping me.......
Here are π±TENπ± ways to help decrease inflammation and balance your hormones....
1. Get enough protein. Proteins provide amino acids that your body cannot make on its own and are needed to produce peptide hormones. These hormones play a crucial role in regulating several physiological processes, including growth, energy metabolism, appetite, stress, and more.
(I have increased my protein to around 100 grams a day now).
2. Exercise regularly. Getting enough physical activity strongly influences your hormonal health. It enhances hormone receptor sensitivity, helping the delivery of nutrients and hormone signals.
3. Maintain a moderate weight. Weight gain is directly associated with hormonal imbalances. Obesity relates to a lack of ovulation in women. Eating within your calorie range can help maintain hormonal balance.
4. Watch your gut health. Your gut produces numerous metabolites that can affect hormone health.
(Supplements with a 95% absorption rate have been a game changer for me).
5.Lower sugar intake. Minimizing added sugar intake can help balance hormones. Eating added sugar promotes insulin resistance, and fructose intake is linked to disruptions in the gut microbiome, ultimately leading to hormonal imbalances.
6. Reduce stress. Stress can significantly harm the bodyβs hormones in many ways. Work to decrease and manage your daily stress.
7. Get enough sleep. Sleep is one of the most important factors in hormonal imbalance. The levels of hormones can rise and fall throughout the day due to the quality of sleep. (I also take an incredible magnesium supplement that has also helped my "crawling" legs and I sleep SO SOUNDLY NOW.)
8. Eat healthy fats. Healthy fat intake can work to maintain balanced hormones that are involved with appetite, metabolism, and feeling full.
9 Eat plenty of fiber. Fiber plays a role in gut health, helping regulate hormones like insulin.
(( I also added in more fiber in my coffee(like a healthy creamer without the toxins) and every morning I now have a breakfast bar. Who knew you should actually be π©π©π© 2-3x a day?!?!?!. I thought one time a day was enough. its NOT.))
