So I joined a 21 day Virtual Fit Club with a TEAM of Coaches in 2014 and became a Coach and it's changed my life FOREVER. I not only learned HOW to build a successful business because because of the incredible support I also learned so much about what my body needed to become it's healthiest. As a Personal trainer and fitness instructor for 10 years Im STILL blown away by how much I learned through Online Coaching. t's been a very humbling experience and I'm the healthiest I've ever been because of it πͺπ

Out of Control
Alot of things are out of our control but taking care of ourselves is usually something we can control. πIt's a choice to commit to a gym or Virtual Fit Club. π It's a choice to wake up early to get it in if your day is too busy later. πIt's a choice to make reminders to drink more water. πIt's a choice to buy healthy food for you and your family.π It's a choice to choose to take care of you ESPECIALLY on the days you don't when you dont want to.

Not too long ago I realized the only person holding me back was myself and If I wanted to CREATE a better life then I needed to stand up and be courageous and say, I WANT this and I'm not letting fear of failures control my life! I'm going to trust that even if I do fail then I will be stronger and wiser on the side and over time that stronger and wiser version of me WILL SUCCEED!!!!!β

Flex Friday
Freakin' Flex Friday ALMOST didn't happen. I was feeling wayyy behind in work then I went to update my Zumba playlist for tomorrow and somehow DELETED MY ZUMBA PLAYLIST FROM ITUNES!!!!!!!! What the whaaaaaaaaaa!?!??!? So yea. I spent about 4 hours finding my songs and using YouTube to remind me what songs I had.π€ππ€π’π Ok......enough complaining after 4 hours I was done. I needed a sweat sesh to get me back in the RIGHT mindset. Seriously it helps to just SHUT YOUR BRAIN OFF. Tomorrow will be amazing. Zumba will be amazing. I'm willing it to happen. I'm thankful I found some songs and it's gonna rock tomorrow β Happy thoughts ππππ

Involved in Fitness
I always loved fitness, ever since I was a kid. It started back in the day watching American Gladiators and later wanting to kick like Shelly Blanks from Tae Boπͺπ So naturally I fell into the gym scene and became licensed in many different formats some of which I still teach today.

Zumba for almost 10 years! What!?!? It was Zumba where I met my first Real tribe of women who loved making a difference in others lives. I so love the many friendships I've made -and actually half the ladies in this pic are Zumba instructors! π ...
While teaching over the years so many of my students also became instructors and while I LOVED seeing them succeed there was a part of me saddened that I wouldn't see them in class because they had thier own classes now. And then there were less students in my class and I was also barely making rent at the studios I was working at. While I still loved helping people, it started to be bring me down. I Always thought...π"Wouldn't it be awesome if when I encouraged my students to become involved in Fitness, I got some type of referral bonus!?" Yea that would be nice....not to say money is the only concern here, but to be compensated more for the hours of work behind the scenes (instructors/trainers know what I'm talking aboutπ). After A LOT of research I found the answer and fyi, THIS ALREADY EXISTS!!!!!!!

4 years ago I realized this is how Coaching works. I help others. They become successful in thier health journey and then also become Coaches and we run Virtual Fit Clubs TOGETHER.πππ I get customer leads and also residual income and we have actually made a real income from this.

Nobody else can "make" you happy.... But really, How FREEING is that!?!!!??! Sure it's not gonna be perfect, but I'm not talking about a perfect life. I'm talking about a HAPPY Life. π I'm talking about putting yourself FIRST. When you do that, you take care of YOU so you are better able to love YOURSELF and also have the energy to love and take care of others!!!! That ain't selfish π that's you showing up and OWNING your OWN Happiness! So show up, take responsibility and live that HAPPY life! You are worth it. ππππ
Spice
Day 2 done! As I was doing my Virtual workout I realize I would NOT have decided to do another round if I was bored with it. HONESTLY. I did this program before but I realized I was still improving still lifting heavier, still pushing past my limits and I enjoyed the journey. So why the heck, stop?!?πͺπ

You have to ask yourself, "Am I being PUSHED ENOUGH??!" If your workouts don't excite you or you don't see progress from them, then it might be time to switch it up!!!! Don't get stuck & don't get bored people!! Try something new and you will see your flexibility, balance, endurance or strebgth improve!!! Variety is the spice of life π
Sweet Drinks
Yep, I used to love ALLLL the sweet drinks...pop, juice, lemonade freezy pops....all that. To eventually kick the habit, try adding nature's own sweetener to your water. Orange, lemon or strawberries or watermelon are a good choice π I also add an Emergen-C packet every now and then. π Stil not sweet enough!? Get over it. I never said it would be easy. But it IS worth it. π And trust me, NOW this is sweet enough for me. It didn't happen over night, but small changes over time make a HUGE impact in weeks, months and years to come ππππ#youaresweetenoughalready
Back on Track

What's important to me is to have a treat meal about 2x a week. The fit life should NEVER involve deprivation. It's all about finding balance and WANTING to treat your body right so it can run more efficiently.

Sometimes that quick fix or treat is worth it, but planning it out is what makes that treat or cheat more enjoyable. π I know some ppl plan out their healthy eating but I kinda do the opposite. I plan out my treats πππ as long as 85% of the week is clean then that %15 can be whatevs. At least that's what I have found works for me!
Yea I'm sluggish today and I knew I would be but I'm making a conscious effort to get back to my superfoods shake and drink plenty of water and eat my veggies so that by tomorrow I can FEEL back to normal. πͺπ Lets make it a great week ppl!!!!! πππ
Flex Friday
Happy Flex Friday friends! I know a lot of you have reached out about what I eat and if I follow A meal plan and to be COMPLETELY honest with you all.πππ πππππππI SUUUUUUUUCCCKK at following rules, diets and yes even portion control is a major struggle. But what I have realized over the years is the ONLY thing that I needed to change was my RELATIONSHIP with food. I used to be an emotional eater and starve and binge myself almost daily!!!! ππ±

I had to look at food entirely different if I wanted to get past my emotional and stress eating habits. If you also have struggled or are struggling with this then I want you to know there's hope. I have a NEW group starting soon that WILL help.
