You have to ask yourself some hard questions and ask "do you REALLY believe in what you do and what you offer?!?!"

Detox
On day 2 of my 3 day detox and still staying strong!!!! Family decided to get Chinese tonight but seriously I only have one day left, might as well rock it out! I only do this 4x a year to clean out my gut so for me its a must if I want to feel my best!!! π―

That statement couldn't be MORE true. So are you happy most the time? Or angry sad and depressed? Knowing from experience I was NOT happy most of the time. I was trying to please people and get approval and help OTHERS be happy. What that taught me was there are 2 types of people in this world. GIVERS and TAKERS. Yes there are mixes of both but not too often.

It's SO important to take time for yourself and the Right people will always support that. The TAKERS will question your dreams and ambitions because they are worried How it will affect THEM and the GIVERS will celebrate in your dreams and goals and encourage you to go after it!!!!!

It took me a while to realize if I wanted to become MORE happy I needed to stop trying to give to the TAKERS. I needed to give that love to ME and to the other GIVERS in the world....Because Takers gonna TAKE TAKE TAKE π§πΆπ§π΅ And guess what!? It worked...Im surrounded by people who continually love not only others but themselves. TRULY. Tonight I'm Finding happiness in the little things.... I've got the Best cup of coffee in hand while scrolling social media being inspired by the people checking into the fitness groups and watching Eddie play video games he loves. It's a good night.

Leaving in a week to head back to Riviera Maya, Mexico!!! I remeber doing this move awhile back and struggling with balance and with keeping my back straight. I also wasn't able to go down to the ground like I am here..... But NOT TODAY!ββ It's because I KNEW if I took action then I KNEW I would be successful 30, 60, 90 days from when I began.
