While Plunging

So this is embarrassing and I might as well tell you too....

I have family visiting this week, so if you see no workout posts or reels, its because I'm busy hanging with my siblings and thier families.....also.....

I was planning on teaching just 3 classes this week...but then I threw my neck out..

While plunging a toilet

Like how in the world does someone do that?! Well no more vigorous plunging unless I have a good warm up next time

Anyone else have an injury from the stupidest thing?

So anyhow, I'll check in later this week for a family recap, until then I'm staying away from the plunger
