"You do such a good job. I did your volume leg day workout today and I'm gonna do your whole 6 week program."

I seriously love love love my work, because I LOVE LOVE LOVE the people I get to work with each and every day.

Also, a "THANK YOU" or compliment goes SUCH A LONG WAY. So this is a reminder for us ALL to practice GRATITUDE not for The THINGS OR GOALS in life, but gratitude FOR THE PEOPLE in our life. That's the REAL reason we are ALL HERE. To uplift, help, encourage and LOVE one another.
