Stronger, Not Extreme
When I stopped being extreme, I became so much stronger. You don't have to be ALL IN, ALL THE TIME in order to be healthy.
I created my programming in mind for EVERY BODY.
We don't count reps because all of my workouts are timed....and tbh. I lose count VERY easily. π π€¦π½ββοΈ
I teach Form over ego. Everytime. There are some days I will only do the "modified " move. Because I want to show the difference between 'pushing' and 'punishing.'
