TwitchCon Wrap-Up!

Learned lots at TWITCHCON and just FYI my new name on there is "sweaty bestie". Since I've been signing all my emails like that anyhow, I thought it sounded appropriate. Also, just from teaching virtually on there I have LOVED the community I've found there.

From using MULTIPLE platforms to stream my workouts on, I've found TWITCH to be such an incredible and welcoming and NON CREEPY way of sharing what I love, so I thank you if you have been joining me over there too. 🙏🏽

It's been a fun journey so far and I'm excited to start offering EVEN MORE over there going forward!!! See ya on the TWITCHERVERSE friends 💜💜💜
