GRIT
As much as I love being a fitness instructor I also love being trained by others. I started my love for fitness when I was 15 and discovered Tae Bo, now 24 years later I'm following program after program and I LOVE the way they make me feel.
In 2 weeks I take on one of the HARDEST programs I've ever done, I'm a little scared but I'm also willing to TRY.
I find that at the end of the year I don't want this type of challenge but I know I NEED it. I tend to want EASY & get in a slump and blame it on holidays and travel but I NEED to show myself that I am capable of hard things & I'm worthy to show up to this.
It's programs like this next one that pushes not only my physical strength but even more so, my mental strength & even on days I don't FEEL ready, I will push play and TRY.
It might not be perfect but that's NOT why I do this. It's to build the confidence in myself to know that if I can do THIS hard thing, then I can ALSO do other hard things in life.
If you need a push and support my GO G.R.I.T. group starts November 28th and it's a bigger focus on Mindset. If you want to join JUST that part, you can! Do this WITH ME.
If you need the nutrition and fitness part I'm here for ya with that as well. This is about us "Getting Really Intentional Today"(G.R.I.T.)
Yes, It takes GRIT to show up to this, but when you do it will empower you to become a successful....
& what I mean by the word "successful" is that you become MORE confident in YOURSELF and you become the LEADER of your own health! This is OWNING what you already know what you are capable of.
Do this with me. I wouldn't invite you if I didn't think this could be life changing, and YES you are worthy to try too.
