Yup, showed up to class to take it to the local YMCA and the instructor didn't make it to class so the participants that knew me for teaching Zumba and Bootcamp classes said, Sarah, you can teach it!!!! I was like,.... "!whaaaaaa?!??!"!

Then they proceeded to show me HOW to get seated. lol. It was definitely an interesting experience and after that I was asked to teach more classes. Who knew that I would be coming back to the Spin bike after mpre than a decade!!!
