Horseshoe Day

He did say we would be working our horse shoes today. I gotta be honest with ya, when I started this program I felt like it was a little slow...but hear me out. He was laying such a strong foundation for each move to be executed properly and actually taking the time to teach about proper body mechanics & he really stressed about WHY you might struggle with certain moves and what to do to build on your weaknesses...and even as a trainer/instructor for nearly 10+ years I too learned SO MUCH.

That was stage 1. Now that I'm into stage 2(starts at week 5) I can see & FEEL how he is building on from those foundational moves.

Guys this program is incredible and while I'm not even at the halfway point I can guarantee I'm going to CONTINUE to learn and grow(in knowledge & triceps)

With that said, why don't you join me? I've got a new group starting prep week September 20th. We ALL need to focus more on strength mobility and longevity so why not learn from an NBA Trainer who knows his stuff and makes you WANT to keep showing up for your workouts and nutrition?
