To Be, Not To Do

Instead of a TO DO list what if we made TO BE lists? Hear me out because we can be the QUEEN B of to do lists (thank you Lisa Frank stationary from my child hood) but we rarely think about the type of person it takes to accomplish said list. So let's digest this a little bit.

Take for example my job with Coaching...

My TO DO LIST / GOALS
are to...

Help 5-7 new people get started in their health & wellness journey

help 5-7 new people launch their wellness business and run the next group with me & help them to also help others

provide a support system for active coaches and clients & help them continue to see results


Now I need to look at this list from a TO BE list....

I need ....

TO BE DISCIPLINED & CONSISTENT in how I show up for my business with the times I sit down to work

TO BE ORGANIZED so I can have structure and not get overwhelmed

TO BE COMPASSIONATE & listen to the needs of my team mates and clients by helping each person in the right way


My TO BE LIST needs to be looked at often because if I'm not focused on ACTING LIKE the type of person who can do these things then my mind will wander, doubts will set in and I won't be able to accomplish my goals.

With that said you can relate this to work, relationships, your health...ANY ASPECT of life.

Because yes, you CAN become the type of person who sets goals and reaches them. I know because I am proof that it CAN be done.

Looking back in HS I was the class clown, barely scraped by with mostly C- grades and have my defended my excuses until I was blue in the face.
