Start Loving You Now

You do not have to be perfect to BEGIN. Stop judging yourself for who you aren't....instead START loving who you are NOW by giving yourself the best chance to SUCCEED by going after it. It's not about what you don't know, it about what you DO KNOW and the ACTION you take because of that knowledge that matters MOST.

Sure this workout I did today was intense but I couldn't always do this. Yes, I run a business that afforded me to be able to bring my husband home to help run this business with me but I want you to NEVER compare my DAY 2,737 to your DAY ONE. I started out the same as my fellow Coaches...with DECIDING THAT TODAY IS DAY ONE.
