First time I tried one of the strength workouts from this new program.... and DUDE. I loved it. Shaun T is by far the BEST verbal cuer trainer. EVER.
I seriously love these workouts and they have so helped me even in my own classes. I love bringing new ideas to classes and it's THESE programs & trainers that my inspire me!!!!

Btw, do you see how sweaty I got from 30 minutes??! Dude these workouts work. Let's crush this....TOGETHER. I know you are gonna love it as much as I do ( IN BIO....with yo-name on it )
