New program, New pic!
My Body Positive MOVE-Ment group begins TODAY! I'm SO excited for us guys!!!!!! Today we are sharing goals in our private group and bc yall are also my accountability buddies, I'm sharing here too...so for this next 30 days my goals are....
1..make this program work with MY schedule. My friend Candace and I are doing 2 a days on MWF, since I still teach Virtual classes 2x a week that's still only 5 hours a week of workouts! So doable
2...drink my superfoods shake 6 out of 7 days a week and NOT miss my check ins with the group
3...BIG focus on MINDSET! Sundays my group and I are listening to Shaun's book "T IS FOR TRANSFORMATION " (Btw, book club is open to all, message me if you want to join the zoom)
4... Help all NEW sign ups start AND finish this program WITH ME. We are including an extra week in this...bc life happens!
5...I want everyone to experience our Body Positivity MOVE-MENT and understand that we aren't meant to love who we are when we become better...trust me, if you don't love you NOW, then no amount of workouts, salads or surgeries can change that. We will take back control of negative thoughts by forgiving our past, not worrying about tomorrow and CHOOSING to live in joy RIGHT NOW.
We will take this experience ONE DAY AT A TIME. Somedays will be amazing, while others will be hard and we will need to check out...that's OHHH KAYYYY. This is a lifestyle and we are here to uplift eachother from here on out.
