THE STUBBORN BINGE EATING, OVERTRAINING FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

....Thats what I was..for nearly 2 years...but let's be real, when I signed up in 2014, I STILL didn't understand the importance of TRULY following this system.

It wasn't until 2017, when I closed my studio and started focusing on working out FOR ME is when I not only saw better results, but I FELT 1,000X STRONGER. I went from being physically active 25 hours a week down to under 5 hours per week....and THESE are the results I've gotten from stopping the overtraining

And guys..... SERIOUSLY, I have eaten so much food while on this program. Y'all don't need to diet when you spend 30 minutes a day doing the RIGHT exercises and taking in the RIGHT supplements.

Following our system of 80% cleaner eating & following these workouts ACTUALLY works. Shout out to my clients & team mates and figuring out how to work smarter, not harder!!!!
