Destructive Habits
Let's just talk about destructive habits for one second...
Gossiping, nail biting, binge eating, blaming others, jealousy, guilt over inaction, using the scale to measure your worth, inaction due to fears of failure & people pleasing.
Those patterns/habits all created a life I wasn't proud of but change didn't occur until I admitted it was ME that created that life for myself.
If I wanted to change it was up to ME.
Nobody is breaking into your house to steal your potential. You gotta OWN what's rightfully yours.
That inaction that kept me stuck meant that TAKING ACTION would help me to grow out of the negative space I had created.
Just because a negative environment is your familiar does NOT make it a safe place to stay in.
I felt like an imposter at times because as a Fitness instructor and new Coach I constantly asked myself "how could I help others when I couldn't help myself?"
Well guess what? We are ALL on this journey TOGETHER. When I have self limiting beliefs arise I have friends that remind me of my NEW found self.
She's who I am fighting for everyday. And I'm pretty freaking proud of her & how she's turned her struggles into her strengths. She deserves a great life, so that's what I am making for her.
I'm glad I chose this path I am on and if you are in that stuck (more like SUCK) phase of life then just know I'm here to help...and it's not JUST ME. It's a community of POSITIVE people that inspire one another to step into their greatness rather than hide from it.
Our next challenge starts next month(HIGH 5's & GOOD VIBES) and we are focusing BIG TIME on our mindset and mental health. It's the foundation that all positive changes start with. Fill out my Virtual Health Club form & we can chat.
