Day 1!
Day 1 baby!โ๏ธ New month. New program. New goals. After this month we will be 1/2 way DONE with 2020. Let that sink in for a minute....๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ
Since ya'll are my accountability buddies I wanted to share what I'm focused on this month. Who knows, maybe we can help each other stick to itโ
1...I am REALLY focusing on my mindset because I've been in a dark place from this sad world we live in right now. So I'm listening to the audiobook "The Obstacle Is The Way" again. ๐๐ผ
2.....I'm starting and finishing a 21 day 30 minute workout program. My noon workout push play buddies motivate me to show up for it, so that's a non negotiable. (Thanks team for holding me accountable ๐)
3.....Since finishing that detox I've learned a few things. Caffeine and sugar addiction are no joke and I NEVER want to feel that headache again so I'm sticking with NO MORE than 15 oz. of coffee per day and adding in more veggies to my diet.
4.....I'm focused more on my team now more than ever so my goal this month is to help them to help others. Our team Wide Goal is to help Change 100 Lives and I'm so excited for this because yes....YES we have seen what our programs can do physically and financially for people and we want to be beacons of light for people who are hurting.
Deep down I KNOW this opportunity could be the answer to prayers like it was for me. I'm going to be sharing more about this opportunity because it puts me outside my comfort zone and I do it because maybe for the people who need this most will be inspired to take action in their own life. Or I'll get blocked...๐๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ I do prefer the first, but we'll see what happens.๐ But honestly, if I can do this. So can they. So can you.
