I Like Carbs
I like carbs .....and I cannot lie 😍👌🏼 Just curious has it been easier to eat healthier at home, or harder? I know for me the only struggle was the extra alcohol I was reaching for, but glad to say that I've cut it out for May and I'm definitely feeling better....so it's worth it. Don't get me wrong, next month I will add it back in but just one night per week 👌🏼
