You Are Alive
With this year experiencing 3 close friends passing away I have faced sadness, regret and fear....and that fear is strong. What I do in this time NOW actually DOES matter. Sometimes those wake up calls make me realize how important life is.
It's so short guys and I hope you lean into the hard and difficult times life has for us. Grieve as needed and also make sure you are taking care of YOU during any difficult time.

And YES there are some days we feel like we can do anything...other days it's the WORST. And we might be holding on to just one thing to keep our heads above water. But one thing remains the same.

And for you to keep moving forward & not give up you MUST be reminded to take care of YOU.
These 3 things have helped me sooo much, so I wanted to share with you too.
1 support. We ALL need this. Don't wait to feel supported there is NOTHING wrong with asking for it. It's actually the bravest thing to do right now.
2 meditation. If you have the mediation app in our Virtual Health Club USE IT. I have LOVED those 10 minute meditations. It definitely shifts your mood.
3 exercise. I mean, right?! We KNOW the benefits and just because you might not FEEL like getting your sweat on...just do it. You WILL feel a little or even a LOT better...and isn't THAT worth it?!
Maybe you just implement ONE of those today, and guys, that's enough to shift your mindset and to see the beauty in your own life. Because it IS there if you look hard enough. And if you need help, ya know I'm here for ya, right?!?!
