Arm day done!💪🔥 Time for superfoods smoothie, bagel and coffee.....in that order. 🙌 Yes I have those 3 things EVERYDAY because I believe in the 80/20 rule of eating. 80% REAL/HEALTHY Superfood type foods and 20% "treats".
I used to struggle with my diet SO much. But what I've learned over the years has helped me realize that YES, I DO have more control over what I eat and how I FEEL about food. To me, we shouldn't be "on a diet" type plan. Lifestyle changes that ALLOW freedom will help keep you from feeling like you are punished for having what you want. Letting food control you is having NO control at all but learning to listen to your body and see food differently will help you make better choices.
If it helps try keeping a food journal and ask yourself, am I just bored or am I thirsty? When you check in with your body MORE often then you start to eat more intuitively. Take it one meal at a time and you will get there! If ya ever need my help I'm always a message away too!!!
