Yep, I said poop. 🤣 But seriously, how many of us are leading by example!?!!? It wasn't until I became a Coach where I realized I was an emotional/binge eater and KNEW I had this secret I felt ashamed of.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I would starve for a few days if my scale went up, then I binge eat when I reached my goal. Yea, that was me, while I was a personal trainer and fitness instructor. So....HOW did I FINALLY overcome this!?!? I educated myself and followed my meal plan and checked in daily with my Virtual Fit Club. I started to see the emotional triggers for what they were. I no longer turn to food as reward or punishment. It's used as FUEL. And I eat clean 80-90% of the time now. And YES, I'm still gonna eat my bagel everyday because I want to and I can. Because it's part of my 10- 20%. Health isn't about perfection. Its about treating your body right. FINALLY.
