"I don't have time."

"I can't do this because of my genetics."
(Be honest with yourself. If you changed your habits, wouldn't your life be better?")
"I tried that before and it didn't work"
(Did you TRY? or did you give it a few days and only kinda showed up?")
"I can't be successful because ....(insert ANY lie)."
Ya see what you did there- you DEFENDED your excuse!!!! That needs to STAHHHHPPPP. LIKE.NOW.✋✋✋✋
If you keep defending the lies and excuses then the real and honest and best version of your life can NEVER be achieved.
So what do you? You change that voice by recognizing the fear and telling your NEW truth- "That was my past- but NOW I am not defined by it and in fact my Past helped to PUSH me forward to CHOOSE A BETTER TODAY so I will ALLOW my BEST self to show up today by doing __________________(you fill in that blank) you KNOW what you need to do- and No, you might not FEEL like doing it, you might FEAR judgment of others and your past weaker version of you might talk you out of it, but NOT ANYMORE.
