20 Minutes
Day 19/42 DONE!!! Less is MORE when it comes to a 20 minute workout that STILL gives ya results. 💪😉 But let's be real, it took me EXACTLY 27 minutes to finish because I needed to stop and catch my breath. I am definitely learning to be humble and not let my ego dictate what I can or cannot do. I'm grateful I started this and so glad my clients and fellow team-mates keep me motivated to keep GOING....
