About Control
Ya'll....I struggle. I've found it's those that want MORE out of life for themselves and others that find the GREATEST struggles. Can you relate!?🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♂️
Think about it...We are the dreamers AND the do-ers. We struggle because we are the rule breakers and sometimes it takes 100 tries before we feel "ok" about our work and we feel sometimes its "easier" for others. I soooo get it so I wanted to share with you what's helped me. And because apparently I'm a laid back-CONTROL FREAK I, (almost daily), have to make a list of what I CAN CONTROL.
And yes YOU have more control over your life too even if you don't feel it at times. So join me..... Take a deep breath and write it, say it & believe it.....and even if these things aren't true to you yet, remind yourself that YES, these truths eventually win over lies we might say to ourselves EVERY DAY. #ownthatpower
