Do Something

"Look, girl....if you want something you have never had, then you must DO SOMETHING you have never done!" Yep, a real convo I had with myself MANY A TIMES. But I doubted myself. I thought I had to figure out this "fitness career" on my own. Because ONLY weak people ask for help....right!?!!?🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

WRONG!!!!! I'm able to run this business BECAUSE I was able to ask others for help. (Well that, and taking ACTION on what I learn 😘😍)

So what changed in me!? 🤷‍♀️How did I take that leap!?!? Well, first off I was sick of standing on the sidelines watching others ROCK this. I was becoming more envious and more stubborn because of the LACK OF ACTION I took on chasing my own dreams. Then it was probably the 1,000th time I heard it again...

LOOK, SARAH IF YOU WANT SOMETHING YOU NEVER HAD THEN YOU MUST DO SOMETHING YOU HAVE NEVER DONE!!!!! 

Finally I listened and it was probably God giving me all the signs and helping me look past my doubts and fears and judgement. So I did it. I became an Online Coach and it's saved me in so many ways. My relationships, my health, my finances...the list goes on. I'm sharing this because somewhere out there someone relates. And I know I can help. No, I'm not promising you Cold hard cash, because that's what scams and schemes do....instead I'm offering you a hand and letting you know that YES, THERE'S HOPE, And NO You aren't in this alone.
