Feelings
I used to base my decisions on how I felt in that moment....and guess what!?!!?! It didn't get me where I wanted to be....Are you FEELING a little TOO much?!?!π€·ββοΈπ€
95% of decisions are made with our feelings.
So should you ask yourself ....
π Do I FEEL like starting a side business?
π Do I FEEL like getting up and working out?
π Do I FEEL like stepping outside my comfort zone and asking for a raise?
π Do I feel like bringing up that conversation with that person who continues to hurt me?
The answer is most likely NO...YOU (95% of the time) dont FEEL like doing ANY of those things!!!!! So stop asking yourself how you FEEL about these questions. Because guess what!?!!? We don't FEEL like doing much...that's NATURAL. There's nothing wrong with you. It's human nature. But if you ACTUALLY want a better life then you need to stop listening to feelings.
So HOW do you develop habits to have enough motivation to overcome FEELINGS??? You do it by thinking of the outcome when you FINNISH those tasks. EVERYDAY. And do NOT say ....tomorrow I will FEEL like starting this....Next month I will FEEL ready to take my health more seriously... Next year I Feel I will have more time to take that on...
βββstop FEELING....βββstart DOING. Fear and Feelings are what's holding you back. Planning and Action will propel you forward. Write down what you want. Make a list of ACTIONS to get there. And start TODAY. you won't FEEL ready...EVER. SO GET OVER IT. and do the darn thing. RIGHT NOW. ββ
