One Positive thought followed by taking action on that thought can change the outcome of your day in a very positive way. Start with something or someone you are thankful for. Show thankfulness by letting that person know how much you appreciate them or by counting your blessings and doing something good for someone else. Your day might change in a very positive way because even if something goes wrong you can remember how grateful you truly are.
