I was doing sooooo good in my fresh foods challenge then today happened. 🤢🤢🤢 Yep, pretty sure I got food poisoning.....my first guess I would get sick from Chinese take out was the fact that NO ONE was wearing gloves. I even joked to Eddie about it!!!! Well Guess I won't be going back anytime soon. #lessonlearned Enjoy this little guide to cleaning you're gut I found in the meantime😉 I think its helping!!!!
