Day 2 done! As I was doing my Virtual workout I realize I would NOT have decided to do another round if I was bored with it. HONESTLY. I did this program before but I realized I was still improving still lifting heavier, still pushing past my limits and I enjoyed the journey. So why the heck, stop?!?💪😊 
You have to ask yourself, "Am I being PUSHED ENOUGH??!" If your workouts don't excite you or you don't see progress from them, then it might be time to switch it up!!!! Don't get stuck & don't get bored people!! Try something new and you will see your flexibility, balance, endurance or strebgth improve!!! Variety is the spice of life 👌
