The Bloat


You would think after being sick yesterday and only drinking half my shake and eating 1 apple (bc thats all I could keep down all day) this bloat would be gone. It's not. I'm SOOO ready to get back on track. πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜
I know it's only been a day but I took for granted the way I felt on the inside and the energy I had then I thought about how some people feel like this EVERYDAY. And that SUCKS. 
Trust me, there is a better way to live. Health is a choice and I'm getting back on my meal plan, drinking more water and starting my workout again today. Is it hard to make time to be healthy or is it hard to feel like crap?!?! We choose our hard and to me I'd much rather feel amazing. πŸ™‹πŸ™‹πŸ™‹Hands up if you agree!!!
