I don't care how many people put down "home fitness" because I'm in the BEST shape of my life and it's from these workouts that are only 30-45 min long....don't get me wrong I love teaching Zumba and Pound but be sure you are getting enough variety with your wokrouts. Yes, im tooting ny own horn....because I think we should ALL be proud of our accomplishments....anyhoooooooo, Last week I was all bummed because I felt I lost strength because my reps sucked. This week I took more rest...and I ate cleaner...annnnnnd it seems to have done the trick!!!!

When I get asked about what living in Indiana again is like...I usually list the things I've missed since being gone for 10 years...Indiana (and any place really) is special to me because of the PEOPLE.
