Mondays- Fridays in the month of May you will be receiving a NEW workout with me each day that you can do right along with me! Click on play and I will take you through the WHOLE workout with cues and tips along the way :D If you want to do this as a FULL workout then perform the workout 3-4 sets. If you want just the extra added challenge to add to your workout you already do then aim for 1-2 sets ;)
