So here we go!!! The First video will show the original move- do it for ONE FULL MINUTE then move into the ‘PULSE’ move for minute #2. That means you move a little faster in the most engaged part of the move….. So yea get ready for the Burn ;) . And Last minute you will hold that move. That’s it!!! If you want MORE results - do more 2-5 sets! Remember form is SO IMPORTANT! Rest as needed and take a rest day if you need it! ;)
