Friends, I gotta shout out this awesome beautiful lady right here!!! This fellow Coach and fitness instructor leads by example and she KNOWS what it takes to to hit goals. ((((I mean check out her transformation!!!)))) She couldn't have said it any better....so I'm sharing what a LOT of us need to hear...btw I don't think I will be skipping any workouts this month. 😉✊ Because we either have results or we have excuses. Either way. You choose 😉
"One of the top EXCUSES I hear on why someone doesn't workout is that they dont HAVE time.
Honestly...I call B.S. becuase It's not about having time...its about making time.
I know when a person takes 30 minutes ...they gain too many benefits to list.
So here is the deal....to everyone who says they don't have the time...here is your challenge.
For the next 3 days...write down EVERYTHING you do and how long you spent doing it.
This includes...taking a shower, commute time work, everytime you are on social media ( even if it's a minute) , cooking dinner, watching TV ...EVERYTHING...EVERY ACTIVITY.
By the end of 3 days....I can almost 100% guarantee that we could find you at 20 minutes or more of time the you COULD use to workout and get healthy...."
