 FACEBOOK 1. Who are you? Please share 5-10 things that represent YOU! Here’s an example of who I am. Coffee, Zumba, Insanity, yoga Fit outfits, traveling, Funny pics, friends, YouTube Workouts, Beach lover, nail polish.

 Now what do you do to find fellow like minded friends!? Join Facebook groups!! Coffee lover? Join a coffee group! Dog lover? Join a Pug or Yorkie group and share your own pics in there! Got cool tats!! Join a tatoo group!! Share pics of tats you have or love! Love to bake join a baking share group and share in there!  Like to run? Join a run club! Share your running tips! Request friends who click like or post on your pics! THATS how you grow your network!

 -only use hashtags that relate to YOU!!! 
 Are you a Mom, dog lover, hiker, knitter, movie buff!? go Find hashtags that relate to YOU!

 2.)))  3-4 posts a day….. CONSISTENCY IS KEY What do you post? Remember your 5-10 things? Post that!! (((*** Start to tie in Helpful Fit advice into half your posts))))) 
 FUNNY,  INSPIRATIONAL, HELPFUL. Share a Problem, then offer a solution. ASKING FOR ADVICE/OPINIONS (Will help grow affinity if lots of people comment, ask for which outfit, shoes, phone. Favorite Recipe for MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY (MAKE IT YOUR STORY FIRST) WORKOUT WEDNESDAY THROWBACK THURSDAY FUNNY FRIDAY, FLEX FRIDAY SELFIE SATURDAY/SUNDAY
 3 ))) WHEN? Morning, lunch dinner time (evening is best) Don’t Post and Run Help Post gain traction, comment and reply and TAG your friends back (add them to your list, they already like you enough to comment back) 
 4.))) INBOX MESSAGING The BEST work from REAL RELATIONSHIPS. Build a relationship!! Inbox 3-5 people, ask how they have been When you post a photo or pic, if someone asks a question, reply back in a message, start a convo! Don’t be fake or forced You WONT push a Challenge Pack Sale in the 2nd or 3rd private convo. besides we aren't covering ‘invites’ just yet.  
 5))) KNOW THE PERSON. You HAVE to know the needs of others. Get to know who they are. Ask a question look for common interests. 
 6)) FRIEND REQUESTING Send 5 friend requests each day. Go with friends of friends (NOT friends of fellow Coaches, then we get into who is talking to who!? Eek!) 
 7))) ATTRACTION MARKETING You are putting out helpful shareable information (recipes, workouts, video meals) Once you start ATTRACTING others, then you will have more people wanting to be your friend..#GOAL

**videos are not for everyone, but practice makes perfect. So get the APP and PRACTICE! 
 
 INSTAGRAM MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A MAGAZINE! There’s so many great IG accounts out there. Strangers will not follow you if its pics of your baby, sorry its cute and all but is your post going to motivate them to workout, get healthy? NO LIFE CASTING ON IG!! DO NOT………. Share Shakeology, Buy this, buy that! For every 30 photos you share 1-2 of them should be a call to action. In your Bio, Call it CEO of Fitness (Don’t necessarily use the word Beachbody…people will assume you are trying to sell to them) Make sure your pics are CLEAR, (Jen Delvaux, Jenelle Summers, Fitgirlsguide, Toneitup) 

YOU ARE YOUR BRAND, NOT BEACHBODY!!! You better not post any generic pics of Beachbody stock photos! just saying it WON’T, and people will de-friend you. So dont do it.  
 IN THE BEGINNING………. ACTION LISTS 1 Plan 3 posts 2 Join and/or Create FB Group (join a group of a hobby YOU like) & create a FREE accountability group (you should have done it by now) 3 schedule a photographer or friend to take some pics with you outside or at a studio. Do it with a friend!! 4 Inbox message 3-5 people EVERYDAY 5 Friend request 3-5 New people each day this week In the beginning, it will be slow. But remember this is NOT an overnight business. Building relationships is #1 Consistency is a MUST YOU are the Brand. NOT Beachbody. Show YOU on your accounts Give FREE awesome shareable posts/pics Now go inspire!! You CAN Do this!! 
 
WHAT TO POST?! Not exactly sure how to get started on Facebook?! Well, I'm going to help you out with 3 posts per day that you can use & tweak for your own personal Facebook page over the next 21 days!   These examples are very very generic! I encourage you to work towards making your posts original and include YOU in them some how. Make the story about you, your life, your family. Try to include YOU in the photo!
