What's something that constantly makes you wish you could be better at!? 🙄🤔🤔🤔🤔 I know we all have at least ONE THING we could be better at. For me one of my goals is mastering handstands!!! It's all a fear thing for me. Probably landing too many times on my head on the trampoline 😂🤣😂 So I'm trying more and more inversions after my Yoga program each day!!!!!
I also encourage you to go after ONE GOAL THIS WEEK. Write it down. Tell a friend. And make a plan ASAP!!! (like NOW....or if it's too late..then TOMKRROW!!!!! LETS WORK TOWARDS THAT GOAL AND HAVE AN AWESOME WEEK!!!! Mmmkayyyy!?!?
