Happy Flex Friday friends! I know a lot of you have reached out about what I eat and if I follow A meal plan and to be COMPLETELY honest with you all.😓😓😓 👉👉👉🙈🙈🙈🙈I SUUUUUUUUCCCKK at following rules, diets and yes even portion control is a major struggle. But what I have realized over the years is the ONLY thing that I needed to change was my RELATIONSHIP with food. I used to be an emotional eater and starve and binge myself almost daily!!!! 😭😱
I had to look at food entirely different if I wanted to get past my emotional and stress eating habits. If you also have struggled or are struggling with this then I want you to know there's hope. I have a NEW group starting soon that WILL help.
