#1 Understand that past "failures" have NOT determined your future. Let go and forgive yourself. The only way to move forward is to truly love and forgive yourself and others. No one is perfect. And that's not the goal here. Healthier and happier and more loving towards ourself and others.....That's our goal. 💟
#2 Find an accountability buddy or group and check in.✊🏼✊🏼✊🏼 And remember on days you feel great > workout, eat 85% clean and practice self care & gratitude. On days you don't feel great > workout (Unless you are throwing up, then go to the doc) eat 85% clean and practice self care and gratitude.
