I'm celebrating y'all....not ony did I FINISH THIS PROGRAM but my Strength increased this week!!!! Yes, im tooting ny own horn....because I think we should ALL be proud of our accomplishments....anyhoooooooo, Last week I was all bummed because I felt I lost strength because my reps sucked. This week I took more rest...and I ate cleaner...annnnnnd it seems to have done the trick!!!!
