In this challenge we will be moving through 2 moves each day and focusing on increasing flexibility with intentional breathing. For each move you will take 1 1/2 full breaths before going to the next pose. That means you will get into the first move- inhale fully exhale fully inhale fully then MOVE to the next move on your 2nd exhale. Then start the next move the same; inhale fully- exhale fully- inhale fully then MOVE back to the first move. You will repeat for 5 FULL cycles (each move will be done a total of 5x each). Tips for these exercises- move SLOWLY. Focus on your breathing and only go till you feel the stretch - too much can lead to injury. Please be safe and modify as needed.
