What should you expect from the 10-2 Challenge!?

Monday - Friday you will get a 1 minute video showing 10 exercises/moves each day posted in this group  You will be encouraged to do each move for one minute with a 15 second rest. Do all 10 moves then repeat again. Just like the Challenge says "10-2" {{10(moves) - 2(sets)}}

What type of workouts?

Mostly strength and bodyweight training.

Equipment needed?

Weights and resistance loop bands are recommended.

What are we working on??

Mondays: Chest & Back

***Tuesdays: Booty and Core (Virtual FULL workout with me for Level 3 Patrons in the Patreon Community

Wednesdays: Biceps and triceps

Thursdays: Core and Cardio

Fridays: Legs and Shoulders

***When you sign up for the level 3 membership you will get the workouts emailed to you and ALSO get a Streamed workout (only available in the patreon group) . ;) The workout will be streamed Tuesdays at 12pm est. This workout will be between 30-45 minutes. The workout WILL be recorded so you can check the replay if you miss it!
